This concept is derived from the teachings of Jesus Christ, who emphasized love, compassion, and forgiveness as central tenets of his ministry.

The foundation of the gospel of love in Christianity can be found in passages such as John 3:16, where it states, "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." This verse highlights the idea of God's unconditional love for humanity, expressed through the sacrificial giving of Jesus Christ.

The gospel of love in Christianity serves as a guiding principle for believers, shaping their attitudes, actions, and relationships with God and others. It is a transformative force that seeks to bring about healing, reconciliation, and redemption in a broken world. God needs us to amend the broken through love.
